Javea and Denia are located in the north of the province of Alicante and in the south of the province of Valencia respectively. Javea is bordered by Cap San Antonio and runs south to Granadella Bay which has been named one of the most beautiful bays in Europe.

To the north is Denia, with endless sandy beaches stretching all the way to Valencia. Denia belongs to the province of Valencia with the beautiful capital Valencia.

The picturesque bays of Javea are unique. Javea has grown from a small picturesque fishing village with a great harbour area but has kept its charm. Denia is larger and has 3 adjacent harbour areas from where ferries depart to the Balearic Islands, e.g. Ibiza or Formentera are only 2 hours away by ferry.

The clientele is international, with the Spanish dominating. You will find properties in all sizes and price ranges or in the nearby hinterland townhouses or fincas. We can cater to almost all wishes and are willing to find the right property for you.

We are located between the airports of Alicante and Valencia, both of which can be reached in max. 1 hour.

Medical care is available to a good extent and there are enough hospitals in the surrounding area.
