We are located in Javea for more than 20 years in our own premises and have helped many clients to fulfil their dream. Service and the goal in mind for you to find the right property are our main concern. Furthermore, during the time after the purchase, we are at your disposal.

Javea and Denia are located in the north of the province of Alicante and in the south of the province of Valencia. Javea is bordered by the Cap San Antonio and to the south by the Granadella beach, which has been awarded as one of the most beautiful bays in Europe.

To the north is Denia with endless sandy beaches all the way to Valencia.

The picturesque coves of Javea are unique. Javea has grown from a small fishing village with a large harbour area and yet has retained the charm. Denia is larger and has 3 side harbour areas from where ferries depart to the Balearic Islands, to Ibiza or Formentera, only 2 hours away by ferry.

The clientele is international with a predominantly Spanish clientele. You will find properties in all sizes and price ranges or in the nearby houses or fincas in the interior of the country. We can respond to almost every wish and are happy to find the right property for you.

We are located exactly between the airports of Alicante and Valencia, only 1 hour drive away.
